positions in the Defence Division and Military Lands & Cantonments

Advertisement No. 1 announces career
opportunities for the posts of UDC (BS-11) and LDC (BS-09) at the Military
Lands and Cantonments Department in Rawalpindi. Regional quotas are available
per Federal Government rules.
The Defence Division Advertisement is
recruiting suitable individuals for the vacant positions of Assistant (BPS-15),
Lower Division Clerk LDC (BPS-09), Driver (BPS-04), Naib Qasid (BPS-01), Mali
(BPS-01), Sanitary Worker (BPS-01), and Misalchi (BPS-01).
Applicants from all regions of
Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, FATA,
Gilgit Baltistan, and AJK, are eligible to apply provided they meet the
eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement.
Candidates for the Assistant post
should have a BA or equivalent qualification and be computer literate. Those
applying for the LDC post must have a matriculation degree with a 2nd division
from a recognized university or board, and pass a separate skill test (Typing
30 wpm). For the UDC post, candidates must have an intermediate degree with a
2nd division from a recognized university or board. Primary pass candidates are
eligible to apply for the other vacancies.
Appointments for these posts will be
made under the Civil Servant Act 1973, and selected candidates will be
appointed on a probation period of one year under the rules. All vacancies are
on a regular basis, and the selected candidates will be posted anywhere in
Pakistan. Government servants may apply through proper channels. Test and
interviews will be held in Rawalpindi.
